The integration with Salesforce was an especially strong selling point for the team at Cambridge. The webinar platform passed full lead information, including registration and attendee information to Salesforce, plus webinar and event IDs for mapping to Salesforce campaigns.

Getting down to business

With their ideal webinar program in place, it was time to get to work. The Cambridge team’s plan was simple – deliver at least four webinars in the first year of the partnership, focusing on the hottest, market-specific topics.

First things first, the company needed to mine its database to identify prospects, customers and strategic partners to build invite lists to sessions.

To broaden their reach, TSN provided Cambridge with some insights and examples of social media campaigns from other customers. Cambridge created targeted organic and sponsored posts highlighting the latest webinar topics and the company’s expertise in relation to these topics.

We also offered tips and best practices to Cambridge’s marketing team, so that they could better profile and feature webinars on their website.
