New Features: The CTA Library and Tool

As experienced Webinar Marketers, we all know that a well written and engaging Call to Action will make our Webinars more successful.

If we master the craft of writing compelling CTAs, our webinar program will see increased engagement across all our content efforts.

But, there are a few challenges with writing effective Calls to Action.

  • CTAs can be difficult to write well.
  • The writing process can be time consuming.
  • CTA performance is not often considered when optimizing webinars and campaigns.
  • Focusing on effective CTAs during a campaign launch may not be the best use of your valuable time.

Thankfully, we have two new tools in the ON24 Elite platform that can be very helpful in solving some of these issues: the CTA Library and the CTA Tool.

Both of these new features may seem simple, but have the ability to save countless hours and increase your webinar registrations and content journeys.

First Up. The CTA Library.

Seemingly simple, the CTA library is the Clark Kent of the newest ON24 Elite features.

Unassuming and subtle, this tool will allow you to save your most effective Calls to Action, then quickly and easily insert those into your upcoming webinar campaigns.

That is a serious time saver!

If you’re a stickler for details, like we are here at The Streaming Network, then you’ll see the time saving benefit of this new feature.

Next Up. The CTA Tool.

Another major challenge is the dreaded content “dead end.” You had a successful Webinar, your audience was highly engaged, but now we don’t have a path to continue enticing our audience with our content.

The CTA Tool will help us craft content journeys when our audiences are at their most engaged.

The CTA tool comes in two flavours, “always on” and “end of the webcast.” Both are useful in different situations. Let’s take a look at them now.

CTA, Always On: Available for live, simulive and on-demand webcasts.

With this method, the tool appears as a window in your webinar console. The colours, text, background image and CTA(s) are all fully customizable. It’s a great way to call attention to more of your awesome content and further engage visitors.

End of the Webcast: Available for live and simulive webcasts only.

At the end of the webcast, the other tools and windows disappear, so that the Calls to Action can take over the audience console.

Think of it like the suggested videos you see on Netflix or YouTube.

Similar to the always-on version of the tool, the colours, text, background image and CTA are all fully customizable. If you want to foster a binge-worthy experience, this is a great way to do it.

No more dead ends!

So go ahead, jump into your ON24 engagement tool options and give the CTA Library and Tool a try. Be sure to let us know what you think!
