    • ITFS allows participants to call in from outside of North America  using an International Toll-Free Number to join your conference call.
    • Features

    • Conference Call Viewer (LeaderView): is an online tool that allows conference leaders to access a web based application to view who is on their conference call as it is actively taking place.  In addition to this, the conference leaders have the option to prioritize questions by managing the Q&A as well as chatting with their Communication Line operator.  This is a great feature for any customer who wishes to fully manage their conference calls.

    • Communication Line: Speak with an operator outside of the main conference to convey behind-the-scenes information, orchestrate guest speakers or give timing cues. A Communication Line makes it easier to manage all the details of a large conference.

    • Question and Answer Session: Give your participants the opportunity to ask questions at a specific point in the conference. Participants indicate that they would like to ask a question using their telephone keypad, while the operator manages the question queue in a professional and orderly fashion.

    • Participant Report: Capture your guests' names, "On-the-line" times, phone numbers and up to four additional pieces of information you select; as they dial into the event. This list is emailed to you after the call for your reference, so you'll know who heard your message, who missed it and with whom to follow up.

    • Encore Replay: Is the digital recording of conferences, announcements, or training sessions for future playback. Playback is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Encore Replay can be available two hours after the end of the conference. The Encore replay remains available until the end date you select.

    • Encore Report: Capture information about anyone who accessed your Encore recording. The information is transcribed and sent to you for your records, 24 hours after the end of the Encore Replay period.

    • Transcription: Receive a written record of what was said during the conference via email, fax, or hard copy within 48 hrs. from the call end time. You may choose to transcribe the entire call or just the Q&A session.

    • Special Script: Make your conference more personal by crafting a special message for your welcome statement, Q&A session and closing comments that our professional operators read out during your conference. If you select this feature please forward your script before the call date.

    • Additional Instructions/Comments: Please use the space below to provide any additional instructions or comments that relate to your call.  You may also use this location to add a special script.
